spoke to gazza, repton loop expecting an offer subject to the sale of a house in santuary waters then they will present an offer to us - subject to sale of theirs!
have an open house on tuesday 10am for some lady whose husband is in germany - whatever ?
am slowing going insane - if this house doesnt sell i will disolve into jello and be washed down the drain!
